Work done looks great. Everyone was very professional. Paid attention to detail. Randy kept me informed and saw the job through to completion. Used company to tear out and re-pour pool decking and patio lime coat as well as pool repining. Would definitely use them again.

I recommend this company 100%. The tile crew were excellent. When the work was completed I noticed a minor imperfection that bothered me. I called Kevin and he sent his people immediately to have the issue fixed. If I ever have to do any renovation project in my pool again it will definitively call them.

Houston Pool Renovations recently renovated our pool – coping, tile, plaster, plus a few other odds and ends. We are so pleased with the result; they did a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a pool renovation. Concurrently, we were having our back yard landscaped – HPR worked with us on the schedule conflicts, and they performed the work in a very timely and efficient manner. Randy Brooks was excellent – he worked with us from design through completion and made sure that we were completely satisfied.

Tod Danielson did a great job of managing the job from the initial visit through installation of our Wet Edge surface and new tile. The job was done on time and as promised. I worked closely with Randy at Pool Works to redo my plaster, tile and fountains. He is very forthcoming with information to help me with my decisions. He is also responsive to returning calls and text messages. Never did he push unnecessary expensive solutions that I did not need. The pool turned out great. He set my expectations based on my final decisions accurately. I have already referred him to others. Thank you.

Contracted to have 16 year old pool replastered and spa issue repairs. These guys took contract and did everything as listed on sales proposal, communicated when each step was to be done, and the various technicians did their jobs efficiently and picked up after themselves when they left. The project sales gentlemen or manager was at home to check work daily, and after complete our pool deck needed to be cleaned nothing to do with the work, he stopped by and did an initial cleaning. If you use them request Randy Brooks, but the owners are serious about customer service as well.

Houston Pool Renovations was such a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end when we had our pool refinished. They were patient with our questions and answered all of our concerns with importance. The quality of the work was beyond expectations. We love our pool again and it is all thanks to Houston Pool Renovation.

I would highly recommend Houston Pool Renovations to anybody who is looking to update/renovate their pool/patio experience. Brian with Houston Pool Renovations was a breath of fresh air to work with. From telephone calls to let me know if he was running early or late to managing his schedule to mesh with mine, Brian was always helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. The experience I have had with HPR and Brian is the high water mark of what working contractors should be. Clearly I was very happy with the quality of work, attainment of schedule (finished early!) and HPR team. Well done!

I cannot say enough good things about Houston Pool Renovations. We absolutely love our Pool! Randy Brooks was our Representative and we did not hesitate to choose HPR because of his demeanor, patience and knowledge. He guided us on pool finishes and tile and answered all of our questions. He stayed in constant communication about the daily and weekly progress and what we should be expecting and seeing. I wish that I could thank each person who had an impact because they were all very skilled at their jobs. Every neighbor, family member and friend who has seen it, comments on how absolutely beautiful it is.

Over the past 25 years, we've had our pool worked on many times, including re-plastering and acid-washing. We have never worked with a pool renovation company that was as professional as Houston Pool Renovations. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, and to the level of quality they promised. Tod Danielson was our project manager and was in touch with us every step of the way, visiting the project, letting us know what to expect, answering all questions, and giving thorough instruction on how to properly manage the pool during startup. While we do think we paid a very fair price for the end result, we might have been able to get the work done a bit less expensively, but we could not have had a better and more flawless experience. We would recommend Houston Pool Renovations in a heartbeat!
